***SCARF SWAP***

Swap is officially CLOSED.

With the fall/winter seasons approaching--who doesn't love a good scarf?! Obviously, I do. I was brave enough to post a video (still regretting it) of scarf-tying techniques.

Wouldn't it be fun to pick out a scarf for a fellow blogging-friend...mail it to them....and also receive a scarf they picked out for you?! WE LOVE MAIL and you KNOW IT!

This sounds so fun and dandy--and it is. But there are rules.

**When you sign up, you are accepting responsibility of purchasing and mailing a scarf to a friend. You WILL receive a scarf from them, too in return. EVERYONE MUST FULLY PARTICIPATE. You must give to receive, eh? Please do not sign up unless you will MOST definitely be able to participate!**

1. You must follow my blog.

2. You must live in the US or have a US mailing address, simply because International mailing can be really pricey.

3. September 21st is the cut-off date to sign up. This gives you almost two-weeks to post it on your blog..tell your friends...and get more people involved. (The more the merrier--right?!)

4. I will assign everyone partners and provide you with their email address (to get linked up to exchange your mailing addresses!) I will email everyone their partners information by September 23rd.

5. Sign up with Mr. Linky at the bottom of this post if you want to be part of the scarf swap. THEN--add a comment with your email address so that we get get the right information out to your swap-mate.

6. The scarf you purchase should be NEW and cost between $10-$25.

7. Your package with the scarf should be in the mail between September 30th-October 2nd. This way, we are all expecting our packages around the same time. This will give you at least a week to SHOP for the perfect scarf for your new friend.

8. You can get to know your partner's likes/dislikes, check out their blog and get a feel for what "type" of scarf would be fabulous for them.

9. Once you have received your scarf, please take a picture of it (on you would be great!), and link back up to this blog to show us what you got. I will have up another Mr. Linky so we can jump from blog to blog checking out the gorgeous new accessories. That post will be up by OCTOBER 14th (to compensate for sometimes slow mail time!). Also, we'll be able to blow the cover of anyone who didn't swap like they were supposed to (please, please don't do this!).


...Oh and last but not least, I will be selecting a random commenter from this post and sending them a scarf of my choice. I will not be receiving a scarf (I'm the host, ya'll!). So, some lucky person will be getting TWO scarves (one from me, and one from their swap-mate!)
